RMA

A domain in which you manage repurchase process of the materials reported as faulty. You can save the reviews on the returned materials, track which responsible person performed which transactions and provide reports to your customers with this domain. The processes performed are communicated to "Technical Services" section.

Technical Services

A domain in which the materials returned as part of RMA, or field service given are tracked. All of the processes conducted as part of service are kept in this field.

Field Services

A domain in which you can manage the field service process of the materials reported to be faulty.
