Contacts

The contacts defined under the firms make up a domain in which information about the employees of those firms are kept. Personal and communication information of each contact can be accessed very easily and rapidly via this domain. Pooling of the firms enables the contacts of each firm to be listed separately in a similar way. Thus, for example, multiple records for a firm which both sells and buys goods/service cannot be created and responsible officer of each unit continues the communication with the contact identified by him/her.
